On May 25, Viktar Babaryka met with members of the initiative group for the second time, answering questions from the audience. The meeting brought together over a hundred people. Face masks were given to everyone present.
During the meeting, Mr. Babaryka spoke about the process and the nuances that may arise when collecting signatures: “We believe that a 100,000 is the minimum number of signatures we can expect to collect, probably without even leaving the building. But it’s important for us that everyone puts in maximum effort so that there’s more of us at this stage”.
In the meantime, our initiative group has collected 35,000 signatures! And this is just the beginning!
Viktar Babaryka emphasized that in order to eliminate errors and repetitions, the signatures would be re-verified at a later stage.
