Greetings from Victor Babariko, to whom the KGB’s jail has not given letters and postcards congratulations, but he has sent thanks to all who sent them, who wrote comments on social media, and who believe in good people and our country.

My dear friends! I’m sorry for the rather long silence, but I expected that those who «care» about my peace of mind would still miss the letters and postcards, but alas. That’s why it’s a little weird.

For the first (and hopefully only) time in my life, I have to thank you for congratulations and wishes on my birthday to all of you, not seeing or knowing who wrote to me on this day.

As a supporter of knowledge, I now have to take a position of faith. Faith that there are people who have sent me their congratulations and wishes, who have remained among real and virtual friends, who care about the thoughts and actions that have led to today’s situation.

For reasons beyond my control, I was cut off from the real world, but I’m pretty sure there weren’t fewer people who agreed with me than there were before 18.06.2020.

Thank you all so much for keeping your faith in me, in yourself, in our people, and the country!

Thank you for the support I sometimes hear. Thank you for the warmth, kindness, and care you show in today’s difficult situation.

Most importantly, thank you for the fact that I have you all, my family and friends, my loved ones, our country. We are together, then we will win, and everything will be fine. Zhyve Belarus!
