Our headquarters has received several reports that the administrations of certain enterprises claim their employees must come with their passports to submit their signatures for Viktar Babaryka.
You know our firm stand: violation of the electoral legislation is unacceptable. Any participation of the administration in signature collection is prohibited by law. If you by any chance know about such facts, do let us know immediately. First of all, we will not accept such signature sheets. Secondly, in regard to the officials of such enterprises and other persons involved, statements will be issued to the Prosecutor General’s Office on the preparation of the reports under the article 9.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
