Distribution of certificates, signature sheets, supporting materials, and personal protective equipment for the members of the initiative groups started at 10 a.m. on May 23 in Minsk at 16 Oktiabrskaya st. (OK16).
The package for Group 6 members includes:
- Personal certificate of an initiative group member;
- A set of 10 signature sheets;
- Signature collection guide for initiative group members;
- Viktar Babaryka’s biography;
- A respirator mask and gloves.
2320 people obtained the packages during the first recruitment day!
We are grateful to our volunteers whose teamwork ensures that there are no lines and people manage to maintain the safety distance.
After the first working day, the information center team collected the most common questions. More information about Minsk coordinators was added, as well as a list of places where the signature collection is banned, a sample filled-in signature sheet, Viktar Babaryka’s biography, and a digital copy of a signature sheet which can be printed out for extra signature collection districts.
Please study carefully the following document. It describes all cases when signatures can be declared invalid. Please bear in mind that one signature sheet should include signatures of the single city district (for example, Pervomaisky district of Minsk). If a city (residential area) has no district division, one signature sheet can include all signatures from the city (residential area) dwellers.
If the above condition is overlooked, the Central Election Commission can declare a signature sheet invalid.
Regional group members who can visit Minsk will be able to acquire the sheets at 16 Oktiabrskaya st. on May 23 and 24.
Starting May 25, certification centers will be launched in every Belarusian region.
Minsk distribution center working time: May 23-27, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Please carry your passport with you.
We are happy to welcome you. Together we will win!
