This afternoon Viktar Babaryka has submitted a formal complaint about “violation of the electoral legislation of the Republic of Belarus” to the Central Electoral Commission. The complaint cites important excerpts from applicable legislation, as well as recorded violations.
We are convinced that by highlighting the areas of concern we will be able to achieve fair elections in 2020.
